Job Description:

 

System Engineer responsible for:

Identifying and leading acquisition efforts. Soliciting, capturing, refining, and allocating system requirements, including external interfaces. Performing system level trade studies and developing system architecture and views.

Perform duties in a multi-contractor, multi-location environment.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with minimum 9 years experience.

 

Experience:

Experienced in tracking pursuits throughout the acquisition process. Experienced in responding to RFPs. Understanding of disciplined software development process (CMM). Experience with the design, implementation, and deployment of Protection Level 3 systems. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Tailored Access; experience in such a plus. System discrepancy reporting experience using ClearQuest a plus. Unix environment experience a plus. At least 4-5 years spent developing complex systems for the government or industry. At least 5 years of SIGINT domain experience. At least 5 years of providing technical direction throughout the life-cycle of complex hardware/software systems. At least 1-2 years of experience developing complex systems utilizing a significant amount of COTS.
