Smartronix is currently seeking a System Architect in support of our client in Montgomery, AL. The Systems Architect will be required to apply systems and software engineering tools and techniques to develop application architectural deliverables at a complete systems level encompassing multiple applications and processes. Perform individual assignments and work as a member of a project team composed of other analysts and architects. Analyze systems and technology integration requirements across multiple applications. Communicate and work closely with process and system owners, information technology management, peers, and technical staff to ensure the relevance of architecture and system designs to business process requirements.

A Secret clearance granted by the Department of Defense is required.

Developer Skills: Java + J2EE (EJB, Struts, Spring), Ajax (XML + JavaScript),.Net, C#, C/C++, ASP.Net, Web Services, Perl,  SQL, PL/SQL; data modeling; software design/analysis;

Development Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio .Net, IBM VisualAge, Websphere, Oracle JDeveloper, Sun JDK, AllFusion Erwin Data Modeler, Rational Unified Process (RUP), Rational Rose, Crystal Reports.
