Description: Test Conductor / Systems Test Engineer responsible for development and execution of automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct Space Vehicle (SV) and subsystem level testing at the factory and at the launch base for the AEHF program. Review and analysis of telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and performance. Support program System Engineering and CPEes in the verification of requirements. Support resolution of test anomalies. Understands and performs job duties using the principles and disciplines of SV test engineering and test conducting including policy, procedures, process disciplines, operations, safety, and command media. Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
REQUIRED:
Electrical or Aerospace Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience. Experience in a test and requirements verification environment. Willing to work overtime on off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment.
DESIRED:
Strong engineering background and experience in a challenging development environment. Experience in SV Test and Launch Operations including the test development process, test execution, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical ground test equipment. Certified Test Conductor with experience in SV Test, including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations.
