Our client located in San Francisco is seeking a talented executive to interact with senior officers in this most successful bank that specializes in offering a full menu of correspondent activities to over 400 community banks throughout the Western U.S. with intentions of expanding nationally.

The position reports to the Executive Vice President and interfaces directly and often with the Chief Executive Officer.  The position is multi-faceted and will participate in strategic decision making processes and review policies and procedures all focusing on improving the bank’s performance across all functional areas.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated outstanding management, interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of banking operations and compliance as well as representing the bank at peer group and state trade organizations and conferences.
