Responsibilities Sales Results: Meet and exceed quota and revenue objectives. Lead store/kiosk in sales, accessories, handsets, enhanced services, and customer renewals. Drive both individual and team sales performance results by proactively implementing sales techniques and sharing with the team. Staffing/Employee Relations: Develop, train, motivate, and coach sales team to produce desired high performance results. Analyze staffing needs of the store/kiosk and provide hiring and promotion recommendations, and initiate disciplinary action, as appropriate. Reporting: Responsible for financial and sales reporting. Must manage cash and inventory levels. Monitor daily sales results and activities to ensure sales, retention, and compliance objectives are met. Customer Retention: Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Deliver exceptional customer experience that will position VZW as the market leader. Act as first level of contact for customer escalation issues. Ensure that customers are greeted and properly handled in a timely manner. Training/Meetings: Responsible for thorough knowledge of all kiosk functions. Remain current on all wireless products, services, industry and competitive trends. Attend all applicable training/meetings.



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years experience in a retail sales environment required. Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and to coach a high performance team required. Flexible schedule availability (including evenings and weekends) required. The ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills. The ability to work well in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. Demonstrated successful sales experience exceeding quota required. Current billing and POS Systems knowledge required. Demonstrated knowledge of VZW products/service and methods/procedures. Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction is required. Self motivated and highly organized individual.
