PB is providing professional construction management services associated with the World Trade Center Transportation Hub and other construction projects at the World Trade Center Site. Construction projects at the WTC include coordination of all on-site construction activities with each of the stakeholders, including the Port Authority of NY & NJ, the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, Silverstein Properties, WTC Memorial Foundation among others. Major project elements include the WTC Transportation Hub and the East Bathub structural support system. Other site projects during the first phase of the site reconstruction include the security center, central plant , the WTC Memorial, the WTC Cultural Center, the WTC Performing Arts Center, The Freedom Tower and Tower 2. PB is the lead partner of a joint venture with URS Corporation.

We are seeking an experienced construction cost estimator familiar with underground work, concrete, structural steel, utilities, and traffic control issues.  Candidate should have Heavy Bid or similar database estimating experience and be familiar with developing unit cost using labor, equipment and crew productivity.  Must be able to perform takeoff, prepare pricing and defend estimate during contract negotiations. 

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent education and training and should have prior construction cost estimating experience.
