Responsibilities include:

Respond to customers who are placing orders over the phone or by e mail. Process supply orders and returns in the computer. Research and solve customer situations such as lost orders,or  back orders and defective supplies. Add on additional billable supplies to all-inclusive customer orders. Generate sales, profitably and lead reports for the supply department. Contact wholesale vendors to verify pricing and availability of supplies. Assist the department as needed.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Excellent customer service skills and the willingness to go above and beyond for the customer.Good analytical ability is required for gathering and interpreting data in situations where the problem can be complex.Perform calculations, keep records and deal effectively with other people.
