Supervisor-Restaurant/Lounge (Restaurants/Bars) - Full-Time

Responsible for training, development and performance of all restaurant staff. Coordinate all aspects of the outlets and food and beverage service.  Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.   Restaurant experience required; lead/supervisory experience or hospitality degree preferred.  Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule rotating days and AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.  Competitive hourly wages and tips with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, food and room discounts, annual merit increases, and more).

 

Banquet Supervisor (Banquets/Catering) - Full-Time 
Supervises banquet staff and coordinates events.  Responsible for ensuring the proper supplies in the back aisle of the restaurant. Responsible for cleaning the equipment such as the coffee makers and ensuring the garbage is removed on a regular basis.  Banquet/restaurant experience required; previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.  Hospitality degree a plus.  Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule rotating days and AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.  Competitive hourly wages and tips with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, food and room discounts, annual merit increases, and more).

 

Banquet Captain (Banquets/Catering) - Full-Time 
Responsible for training, development and performance of all banquet servers and bartenders. Coordinate all aspects of the room and facilities setup and food and beverage service. Previous banquet and supervisor experience required. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends to service groups’ needs when necessary. Lead Cook (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time 
Maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout cooking area. Prepares all major food items, including all soups, roasts, sauces, and vegetables for main line and banquets. Maintains control charts of all food items produced. Responsible for opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. Trains and mentors new employees.  2-3 years culinary experience in an a la carte restaurant setting required.  Culinary school preferred.  Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule rotating days and AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.  Competitive hourly wages and tips with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, food and room discounts, annual merit increases, and more).

 

Cook III (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) - Full-Time 
Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and management. 2+ years culinary experience.  Culinary school preferred. Lead Bartender (Restaurants/Bars) - Full-Time

Responsible to supervise and train the Bartender staff. Previous experience in beverage/bartending service REQUIRED, with previous lead/supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and guest service skills and knowledge of bar service. Experience in a hotel or fine dining setting preferred. Lead Server (Restaurants/Bars) - Full-Time 
Maintains high service standards, handles cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures. Serves all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures. Assists with busing tables when necessary. Must strive for finer points of service such as keeping the ash trays emptied, making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc. Exercises positive warm hospitality. Maintains knowledge of food items. Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills.  Trains and mentors new associates; supervises shifts as needed.  Previous restaurant service experience required.  Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule rotating days and AM/PM shifts including weekends and holidays.  Competitive hourly wages and tips with a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, food and room discounts, annual merit increases, and more).
