We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to help run our Oklahoma City, OK store location. Qualified candidates will offer the following:

Building Talent

§         Participates in networking, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates

§         Involved in training and developing new Associates

§         Creates a team atmosphere and a positive work environment

Building Service Standards

§         Has a passion for great customer service

§         Creates a friendly store environment

§         Sets the pace…leads by example

Building Revenue & Operational Excellence

§         Consistently trains staff on selling skills

§         Contributes to maintaining high operational standards

§         Achieves and maintains a high degree of operational efficiency and accuracy

But most importantly, we’re looking for energetic, detail minded candidates who thrive in a fast paced environment. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of recent store Supervisor experience, be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and possess a take charge attitude.
