MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
·Ensures competence and continuity of qualified customer service representatives through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
·Monitor employee performance and service to customers.
·Ensures high level of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands.
·Provides guidance and/or help to customer service representatives in resolution of difficult subscriber questions and/or problems.
·Review, verify and request refund and/or adjustment requests.
·Ensures achievement of all system, team and individual Customer Service goals and standards.
·Communicates sales and marketing programs to staff.
·Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting, time sheets, schedule adherence, etc.
Required Skills:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in related field and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferably in an in-bound call-center.
PC literacy.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts as discounts, interest, commissions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
