Under new ownership and due to tremendous growth potential, Superior Walls by Precast Concrete Solutions, is seeking an exceptional candidate to become one of our many successful Territory Managers to cover the Saint Clair and Clinton Counties Territory in Illinois.
The successful candidate will call on residential builders in an assigned territory and have a working knowledge of the construction industry. The individual will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Candidates must have a history of sales success, calling on customers at the owners/presidents level of small to medium size businesses, have sold premium products in a price competitive market, and be comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls. Candidates should possess good questioning, closing, and telephone skills.

Job Description
Summary: To market Company products and services, meeting and exceeding company goals and objectives. To ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer service experience to the customer throughout the entire process – from the point of sale to a satisfactory installation of the finished product at the job site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sell Company products and services
Locate prospective customer and develop sales leads
Follow up and close on developed sales leads
Promote Company products and services by attending industry trade shows
Professionally represent the Company as required
Inspect and approve building sites for SWA and local building code compliance before walls are scheduled for shipment
Ensure that customers understand and follow SWA builder's manual through education
Maintain minimum daily prospecting goals set by the sales manager

Other Qualifications
Interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of local building codes desirable, but not required
Ability to learn SWA building site requirements
Ability to nurture customer loyalty through long term relationships
Ability to educate inspectors and officials for product acceptance
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to obtain product knowledge quickly through SWA product training
Willing to work as required to accomplish Company goals
Willing to travel as required to accomplish duties
Possess basic computer skills as required to accomplish duties, high-speed internet access highly desirable
Possess clean driving record and reliable, registered personal vehicle
