Description
A Commercial Builder in the beautiful Triangle area of North Carolina is searching for an experienced Field Superintendent. Experience with Commercial Construction including; Office Buildings, Schools/Educational buildings, Health Care/Hospital, Institutional, Senior Living, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, and Retail construction is preferred. They have a great reputation as being a top-caliber builder throughout the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas in NC. They are looking for an aggressive self- starter that is looking for a challenging opportunity to work with a leading Commercial Builder in the area. Requirements
Experience: 5 or more years experience as a Field Superintendent. Experience with General Commercial construction such as schools, educational buildings, healthcare, senior living, mixed-use, retail and municipal construction is preferred. Handling projects $1-$25 million+.

PERSONALITY: Applicants must be team players and highly self motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be a problem solver.

SKILLS: Must be able to communicate well with subcontractors, suppliers, owners and management.
