A leading General Contractor in beautiful North Carolina is searching for a Field Superintendent to work projects within a 75 mile radius of Charlotte, North Carolina. Experience with Schools/Educational buildings, Health Care/Hospital, Institutional, or Retail construction is preferred. They have a great reputation as being a top-caliber builder throughout NC and SC and take great pride in maintaining repeat business. They are looking for an aggressive self- starter that is looking for a challenging opportunity to learn and grow with a leading General Contractor. Experience: 3 or more years experience as a Field Superintendent. Experience with General Commercial construction such as schools, educational buildings, healthcare, retail and municipal construction is preferred. Handling projects $1-30 million+.

PERSONALITY: Applicants must be team players and highly self motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be a problem solver.

SKILLS: Must be able to communicate well with subcontractors, suppliers, owners and management.
