Structured Finance Manager
Ashton Lane Group, Inc (New York City, New York)

Senior position within a global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

·         Key manager providing coverage for a portfolio of project finance agented deals

·         Coverage area includes commodities, specifically structured finance in Power, Refineries, and Oil Servicing

·         Co-ordination among syndicate members, borrowers, outside counsel, and consultants

·         Negotiated all amendments, waivers, and consents including obtaining all required internal credit approvals

·         Prepare annual/semiannual/quarterly reviews of assigned accounts.

·         Work with Front Office in association with the sell down of exposures and processing assignments by participants

Requirements:

·         5-7 years  loan portfolio monitoring and credit analysis experience

·         Previous exposure to Commodities Structured Finance / Project Finance preferred 

·         Experience working with troubled credits, including workouts.

·         Strong communication and relationship skills necessary to manage agency roles.

·         Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Loan IQ experience.

·         Top tier education. MBA/JD/CFA preferred. Formal credit training.

·         Fluency in a European / EM  language a plus
