REQUIREMENTS: Four-year college degree or equivalent. Three to five years of credit card and/or strategic relations experience. Possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. General industry knowledge on credit union and bank regulations as well as Visa/MC regulations. Experience in marketing, project management, and financial analysis. Work independently to manage assigned territory and sales activities. Ability to establish and actively maintain business relationships. Ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously. Willingness to work in a positive sales team environment. Effectively interact with Fidelity internal staff to accomplish retention and sales objectives. Ability to work in a structured environment where majority of prospecting and lead qualification is performed via telephone, and on-site visits. Travel required 10-30%. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Understanding of Fidelity’s products, services and operations preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve assigned quota target. Progress towards achieving quota will be measured by management a minimum of quarterly. Maintain pipeline equal to two to three times annual quota in order to achieve quota goals. If, at any time, IFS management feels that the necessary steps are not being taken to ensure quota achievement, disciplinary action up to and including termination may result. Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Ensure accurate content in EMS for assigned clients. Demonstrate understanding of support issues, technical issues, and operational environment of the client base in assigned territory. Perform detailed territory review for management semi-annually providing information on assigned client base.

Territory landscape and client organization chart overview
Penetration rates for IFS Products within customer base
Competitive presence in customer base
Top 10 large sale opportunities for calendar year
Overall identified pipeline and forecast opportunities for calendar year
IFS contract renewals for current and subsequent calendar years
Plan to achieve assigned quota objective
Top challenges and resource requests
Training/Education opportunities for calendar year
Implement account coverage methodologies to ensure total customer satisfaction within your client base resulting in reliable references. Actively pursue renewal of assigned accounts with contract term expirations within 24 months. Successfully sign 100% of assigned accounts while maintaining corporate objectives for terms and discounts. Gain approval from appropriate business unit executive for special terms or discounts. Implement account coverage strategies that allow for renewing clients to take delivery of additional IFS products and services. Ensure Sales, Project Management and Implementation groups work in unison with coordination on behalf of our clients. Garner sales management approval for proposal generation and apply no discounts to proposals/contracts without obtaining IFS management approval. Ensure all proposals and discounts contain ninety day expiration dates. Maintain presentation quality initiatives. Coordinate all aspects of the product demonstration and site visits for all Fidelity products and/or services. Assure delivery of relevant documentation to customers and solicit their review as far in advance of the detailed presentation as possible. Assure availability of projectors, flip charts, and all relevant sales materials for all presentations. Assure attendance of appropriate bank executives at all presentations. Assure that all Maitland visits and site visits are set up in a professional manner, that appropriate client executives are in attendance and that appropriate IFS management is adequately briefed. Review account strategy on every prospective sale with the Regional Manager on a regular basis. Secure mgmt involvement early in the sales cycle on all large sales. Manage sales cycle from prospecting to close on schedule. Maintain business dealings with client personnel high in the management structure on both the data processing and user side. Prepare and submit trip reports for clients within 7 days of site visit. Assure polished and informative IFS presentations. Ensure that all presentations provide Fidelity story and comply with the corporate approved power point master. Maintain product knowledge at a level of detail to distinguish IFS products from the rest of the market. Maintain an adequate knowledge of current events in the financial services industry. Demonstrate complete understanding of customer decision-making processes and criteria. Maintain a highly professional business demeanor in all Fidelity related activities. Maintain professional business attire and image at all times. Demonstrate teamwork within the sales organization and between other Fidelity business units. Request appropriate training for quality execution of job duties. Meet with the Regional Manager as needed to discuss personal development strengths and weaknesses as they relate to sales skills and to discuss personal performance relative to performance plan. Provide for advance booking of travel. Perform required sales reporting on a timely basis. Assure that expense reports are submitted timely. Respond to e-mail and v-mail in a timely manner. Assure that messages are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. Schedule vacation time with reasonable advanced notice to allow for manager approval. Notify management of any issues that negatively impact our business. Control travel and entertainment expenses. Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures.
