Help On The Run be a leader in the petroleum retail industry by acting as the Store Manager who ensures the safety and security of all employees and customers, exhibits and promotes excellent customer service, promotes location profitability, maintains cash, inventory and expense control, recruits, hires, trains, counsels, coaches and disciplines staff as necessary, complete and transmit all reports accurately and timely, ensures the security of company assets, implements promotions and other programs as directed, increases fuel and store sales, orders and receives merchandise, maintains the highest personal and station appearance standards according to guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

 

Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients. Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs. Skilled at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses. Experience selecting and managing vendors. Capable of managing people and work. Skills include planning, developing policies, and delegation. Capable of staffing and maintaining a team of people. Understands the market, the customer, and the competition. Develops and refines competitive pricing structures. Maintains focus on accomplishing desired results. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
