We are currently looking to fill a Store Manager position is our Las Vegas, NV - Venetian location.  This person is responsible for driving the overall sales and operations of a high volume store.  This position will report to the General Manager

 

Responsibilities

Achieves Goals: store sales, ADT, UPT, SPH, payroll, and inventoryManage controllable expenses on store Profit and Loss StatementEnsure the Customer Service Mission Statement is executed consistently and personally leads by exampleEffectively teaches, demonstrates and ensures all store staff complies with all Company initiatives.Complies with all Company direction on merchandise presentation and marketing standardsDevelop and implement Store EventsRecruit, interview and hire brand appropriate sales oriented employeesManage staff performance.Ensure accuracy of Company in store promotions and merchandise markdownsManage inventory shipping and receiving proceduresMaintain standards of cleanliness and organizationPrepare store, schedule, train and direct staff for store inventoriesSupervise Sales Associates and Management team assigned to the store

Qualifications

·         5+ years previous Retail Store Manager experience (external)

·         Previous apparel and footwear experience

·         Proven track record of successful sales generation, clienteling, employee development & career path

·         Computer experience with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
