We are currently seeking a STORE MANAGER for Store Operations.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:  Highly motivated, energetic retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We have immediate positions available and provide training for those selected.  Manage the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store.  Source, select and develop talent  Manage store staffing levels  Merchandising; schematics, plan-o-grams and recovery  Receiving and processing freight  Manage store’s payroll budget  Promote store safety  Manage shrink reduction plans  Cash Management and Bank Deposit  Monitor P&L  Promote customer service  Protect company assets and inventory control

QUALIFICATIONS:

 18 years of age or older.  Some High School Education.  Minimum of 6 months store management experience.  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.  Proven organizational, communication and problem solving skills.  Able to direct and perform all weekly delivery functions according to Company Guidelines.  Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 55lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation.  P&L knowledge a plus.  Previous management experience in retail, drug store, grocery, hard lines, fast food, variety or general merchandise preferred.  Proven reliability and high personal integrity.
