Responsibilities: Manage all facets of store operations which include profitability, employee development, cost control and sales/marketing execution Manage sales, gross margin and contribution to meet or exceed annual targets. Directly supervise 3-8 store associates Work closely with customers, store employees and outside professional sales representatives to ensure the best possible service to our customers Requirements: 3 years' supervisory experience Exceptional dedication to customer service Top-notch interpersonal and relationship development skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels Paint/construction/home improvement retail experience or knowledge preferred or a desire to learn this industry Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or a minimum of 4 years experience in paints or retail environment. Physical capability for heavy lifting on a repetitive basis We offer a flexible work schedule of Monday through Saturday with no evenings or Sundays.
