Store Manager Job Description:

Responsible for the store operation Processing of loan applications and making loans Ensuring all transactions are accurate and all policies are followed Maintain customer records Marketing and collection activities Provide exceptional customer service One of the best retail schedules available – No Sundays, half day on Saturday, close early evenings Monday-Friday

Competitive Compensation Package:

Starting Annual Pay: $34,138 Ability to receive an additional $3,150 annually from scheduled wage increases in your first year Ability to earn an additional $750 / mo in store performance incentives every month!

Job Requirements:

3 years previous experience in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, Banking, or Customer Service Some computer familiarity or skills Cash handling and / or collections experience is desirable (e.g. banking, operating a cash register, collections etc.) Ability to work Monday – Saturday Interact with customers face-to-face and on the phone High School diploma Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Must pass criminal background check
