The HR Manager is responsible for execution of HR initiatives and employment practices, HR communication, performance management, staffing, development and associate relations.  The HRM provides HR support and guidance to the facility management team and reports to the Market HR Manager.
**This is a store position**

This is based in Louisville,KY.

2 years of combined managerial experience that includes HR Management responsibilites.
OR a ba/bs degree in a HR related field
OR 3 years experience as a training coordinator
OR 2 years experience as a personnel manager.
Preferred:
1 year of retail related experience
HR professional certification
