We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join the LifeNet Health team as a Sterile Processing Manager.

·         Duties: The Sterile Processing Manager will provide strong leadership and oversight of the Sterile Processing and Production Support Department and all activities associated within. This includes decontamination, cleaning, wrapping, sterilization and storage of surgical instruments needed to recover and process donated human tissue.  This position will require strong analytical skills, a systems approach to problem solving, require strong leadership and managerial skills with a strong emphasis on goal setting, accountability, coaching and mentoring subordinates.  The manager will also embrace Lean Six Sigma concepts, drive continuous improvements, reduce costs, reinforce these concepts at the technician level, and ensuring we develop lean systems and procedures.

Requirements: BA/BS degree required.  5 years of relevant work experience (Industry experience preferred).  Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience. Must attain and maintain CRCST certifications within 3 years of employment. Knowledge and experience in a FDA regulated environment preferred. Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
