LOOKING FOR:

Both Java and C# developers. Top notch junior through senior engineers with Java or C# experience. Education, aptitude, and career trajectory is important. Only the best will do to fit the caliber of people in place.

REQUIREMENTS:

* A BS or MS or PhD in Computer Science, Math, or related field (preferably from a top notch university).

* Experience with either Java/J2EE or C#/.NET technologies.
* Recent graduates, junior engineers, mid-level engineers, and senior/principal engineers are needed.
* Strong Object Oriented design and development fundamentals.
* Strong problem solving abilities.
* Ability to take a project from inception and run with it.
* Initiative.
* Experience with web development.
* Very strong DESIRE TO WORK AT AN EARLY STAGE STARTUP (very important).
