Systat Software seeks Technical Support Executive to manage US support for its flagship product, SYSTAT, in its new Chicago office.

 

Position:  Technical Support Executive

Qualification: MS in Statistics/ PhD in Statistics or equivalent degree in related field (Engineering, Mathematics, quantitative Social Sciences).

Experience: 1+ year

Location: Chicago (IL)

Required skills:

·       Should have excellent oral and written English skills

·      Should have worked with at least two software like SPSS, SAS, STATA, S Plus, JMP, R, Minitab and SYSTAT

·       Should love Statistics

·       Should be computer savvy

·       Should be highly analytical, possess good problem solving skills

·       Some teaching experience would be preferred
