Job Details:
- Master's degree is required

This position is responsible for assisting a genetic epidemiologist in providing the statistical management and analysis of genetic data for different research projects. This position will be with the Center for Genetic Epidemiology and Modeling (CGEM), which provides analytic support to the Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine genetic and genomic research community. Experience in computer programming, managing large databases and analyzing biomedical and genetic data is required. Experience with SAS or R programming is required. Knowledge of bioinformatics tools is required. Experience with genetic packages, such as FBAT/PBAT and PLINK, is preferable. M.S. in statistics or biostatistics, genetic epidemiology, or related field, required.
