Job Title:                                               C/Oracle Developer

Summary of Position:

NetEffects is seeking a talented C/Oracle Developer with strong UNIX shell scripting skills for one of our highly regarded nationwide clients.

Required Skills:

·         At three (3) years experience with Oracle, ANSI Standard C, and UNIX Shell Scripting.

·         Strong ANSI Standard C and Oracle skills working on UNIX.

·         Strong communication skills, organization and documentation.

·         Must demonstrate in depth technical knowledge, strong problem solving and communication skills, and work well within a multiple center team.

·         Must be self directed, with a focus on finding solutions, and able to work independently as a self starter as necessary.

·         Must also be willing to respond to client needs during off hours and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities:

·         Developer position responsible for the design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance for automation and control applications supporting a print and mail processing environment.

·         Will be one of a small development team that leads the architecture strategy for print and mail processing creating and maintaining applications that continually improve processing efficiencies, accommodate growth, and maintain application stability for the client base.

·         The position works directly with clients, project managers, and various team members to ensure architectural integrity and facilitate a smooth integration into the production process.
