We are seeking a senior level staff attorney with significant experience in areas such as debt restructuring and workouts, structured financing, troubled and defaulted bond issues, and asset based secured lending.  Ideal candidates will have four to eight years of experience, either with a private law firm or a major financial institution, in the above referenced areas. 

The Staff Attorney will provide legal and underwriting support to an investment team for identifying and executing commercial lending opportunities as well as research and analysis of complex commercial credit loan documents.  We are looking for professionals with quantitative and analytical skills that have experience with secured lending, syndicated bank debt and bonds, loan default, foreclosure, workout and deciphering loan documentation and the work of underwriters. This is not the typical banking and financial institution environment.
