Our Charlotte office is currently seeking a junior level Architect to work in our Facilities Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute architectural projects, including drawings, plans, and studies. Support Facilities Business Unit Leader/Design Manager (Charlotte) or Government Program Manager (Herndon) in developing proposals and managing projects locally and nationwide to include; proposal writing, client management, project management, construction management. Administrative responsibilities related to design and construction projects / contracts, as well as proposal writing and development.Basic/Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in Architecture with experience in CADD/GIS programsKnowledge of project design and construction documentation and construction materials, CADD, graphic skills, presentation and communication skills.Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills.Proficiency in AutoCad 2006 required. Experience with Autodesk Rivit is a plus.Professional registration a plusMust pass drug screen, background check, and must have satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy.Preferred Qualifications:
