Objectives:

To maintain accurate financial records of the company’s real estate investment projects and protect the investment of the owners; effectively manage available resources in order to produce timely financial reports; effectively interface with company asset manager, managing agents and company staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the accounting/general ledge duties for all projects.
Produce monthly financial reports for the owners.
Prepare year end information for audits and tax return prepared by third party accountants.
Prepare detailed cost summary for Cost Certifications on Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects prepared by third party accountants.
Set up and maintain bank accounts, bank reconciliation for projects under construction.
Process invoices using the company’s YARDI payables program.
Responding to special requests for information from Owners and project managers a regular basis.
Participate in team initiatives to improve property monitoring and risk management processes.
Prepare year end 1099 and other tax statements for vendors.

 

Salary/Pay Rate: $45,000-$55,000
