We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Staff Accountant.  If you are an energetic, quick thinking individual that adapts well to change and thrives in a fast paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

 

The Staff Accountant is responsible for:

·         GL account analysis

·         Cost accounting/gross margin analysis

·         Daily cash reporting

·         Daily sales reporting

·         Bi-weekly payroll processing

·         Monthly bank reconciliation

·         As well as other misc. general accounting duties

 

In addition, the Staff Account will serve as a back-up for or will assist with the following:

·         Sales tax reporting

·         Accounts payable

·         Fixed asset management

·         Annual budget preparation

·         Monthly financials

 

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

·         1-3 years general accounting experience

·         BA in Accounting or Finance

·         Proficient in MS Excel and Word; Great Plains exp. a plus

·         Excellent interpersonal/communications skills

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Experience with inventory management a plus

·         Cost Accounting experience a plus
