A successful homebuilder is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join their team.This position offers a good work/life balance and an opportunity to work in a friendly, team oriented environment.  Responsibilities:·         Production of Financial Statements·         Reconciliations·         Journal entries (accruals)·         Job Costing·         Assistance with budget preparation·         Financial analysis·         Cash management and reporting·         Assist the Controller and CFO with special projects·         Assist with audits Requirements·         MUST have solid homebuilding/ Construction experience·         Must have a BS in Accounting/ Finance·         Job Costing and Financial Statement preparation experience·         Strong Excel skills·         Excellent communication skills Local Candidates only!
