JOB PURPOSE:

In a leadership and mentoring capacity, responsible for the systems analysis, design, development, implementation, installation, upgrade and maintenance of custom and delivered manufacturing and administrative ERP applications. Main focus is on PeopleSoft ERP software.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

1.       Manage projects, provide mentoring and take on a leadership role to assist the ERP Manager in accomplishing the goals of the ERP technical team. 

2.       Resolve issues of business needs, application requirements, input data and output requirements by conferring with other analysts and business unit representatives.

3.       Use analysis of financial, supply chain, manufacturing, and administrative needs to design, develop, implement, and maintain custom & delivered application solutions.

4.       Perform system administration tasks including installation/maintenance of PeopleSoft webserver, application server and process scheduler.

5.       Design testing plans to verify system functionality.

6.       Create documentation for custom computer applications and subsequent revisions.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•          Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.

•          7 years progressive systems analysis or computer programming experience

•          5 years technical experience with PeopleSoft ERP software version 8.0 or greater

•          2 years Project/Team lead experience.

•          Implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft ERP software experience.

•          Must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•          PeopleTools version 8.4 or higher

•          PeopleCode version 8.4 or higher

•          Application Engine version 8.4 or higher

•          Administration of webservers, application servers and process schedulers

•          Integration Technologies – Integration Broker, Component Interface etc.

•          ERP implementation and sustainment experience
