Huntsville, Alabama:Candidate will be involved in the full life cycle of subcontract administration to include proposal support, issuance of RFPs/RFQs, proposal evaluation, cost/price analysis, review and negotiation of terms and conditions, subcontract award, post-award administration and subcontract closeout. Candidate shall maintain subcontract files in accordance with ISO-certified procurement procedures and Government-approved purchasing system requirements. Approve subcontractor invoices and close-out subcontracts. Liaison between Program Managers, Contracts Administrators, Subcontractors, Consultants, Security, and ACO. Provide status reports.

Must have the following:

Bachelor's Accredited degree in Procurement, Business, Accounting, or a related field. 6 years experience in Government Subcontract Administration is required. Successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong working knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, and subcontract actions in support of GSA Schedule activities. Must have experience with administration of Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursable, and Time-and-Material subcontracts and consultant agreements. Must be flexible and have the ability to work within a team-oriented environment and also be able to make sound decisions while operating under competing deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
