Senior Software Engineer in Indianapolis!  Strong understanding of trajectory planning/motion control is required!

As a global leader in the motion control/industrial automation industry, we are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in our Indianapolis location! 

Ideal candidates will possess:

·        A Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.  Ph.D. is preferred.

·        An advanced knowledge of trajectory planning and motion control.

Position Highlights:

·        Apply knowledge and leadership to a wide range of engineering functions including product requirement analysis, architecture development, advanced level software design, resource planning and allocation.

·        Develop and execute testing and verification procedures for new configurations or revisions and modifications to existing software products.

·        Plan and direct major development projects.  Provide technical support and leadership to team members during all phases of assigned project.

·        Conceive and plan the research and investigation of new technologies to determine if applicable to current and future product design strategies.

·        Contribute new designs or techniques that are regarded as major advances in the field.
