Our senior safety management consultants provide proactive and innovative consultation and intervention services to policyholders requiring relatively complex loss control and safety management services.
But SAIF’s safety management consultants do much more than provide occupational health and safety recommendations. They also help businesses create a clear vision of a “high-performance safety culture,” and then work side by side with them to achieve it.
Our company vision is to protect and serve Oregon’s workforce. Our safety management team serves as expert advisors who help businesses improve work processes and manage workplace health risks so Oregonians can work safely.
SAIF offers a great salary and benefits package as well as a team dedicated to our vision of setting the industry standards for innovation, efficiency, and service quality. In addition to having significant health and safety or loss control experience, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong consultative skills and commitment to, and enthusiasm for, reducing workplace injuries through promotion of best practice health and safety processes. Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills are a must. A bachelor’s degree in safety, risk management or a closely related field and/or a professional safety certification such as a CSP, ARM, or CIH is preferred. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, that’s even better.
