Do you have significant well-rounded board-level RF Hardware system design experience? An interest in all phases of design engineering? Provide project level leadership and organization for multiple concurrent projects? Customer interaction to define requirements and interface with technical personnel; Documentation and follow-through of project plan; Design of electronic hardware systems for customer products; Documentation of those systems; Provide assistance and technical leadership of PCB design, Functional Test and In-Circuit Test for product, test and tooling development; Evaluation of verification test results; Interaction with Hardware, Software, and Equipment Suppliers.

* Enjoy contributing as a key team member to accomplish challenging technical and time-bound goals
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the integration electronic components, circuits and systems to efficiently design products and assemblies for a variety of applications and technologies.
* Apply your expertise in board-level RF System Development
* Experience utilizing schematic capture tools – ie. Cadence, OrCad, Cadence Concept, mentor design Architect, Mentor Design Capture, Mentor DS Designer, Veribest, Innoveda, etc
* Experience utilizing Digital or analog simulation software is a Plus
* Expertise in applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and judgment in electrical circuit design
* Experience managing projects – ensuring a smooth on-time execution of engineering roadmap, project schedules and delivery dates.
* Process Improvement experience – documentation of processes, utilization of a version control system, defect tracking system, resource scheduling, requirements documentation and experience leading cross-functional teams to product delivery
* Travel up to 10-20% --- including day and/or overnight travel
Minimum Qualifications:
* BS Electrical Engineering – or equivalent
* 5+ years product development and electronics manufacturing industry
* Proven ability to deliver on schedule and to follow through on commitments.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
