Department Focus
Marketing Sciences enhances the performance of Cox Kansas and Arkansas Marketing by providing:
>Timely and relevant information and analysis
>Positioning, segmentation, and priority targeting
>Optimal communication, product, and pricing strategies
>Critical customer and marketplace insights through effective market research
>Predictive modeling for enhanced decision making and control
>Effective best-practice marketing processes
>Customer lifecycle management
These functions will be served through marketing IT/operations, reporting, campaign analysis, marketing finance & accounting, modeling, analytics, segmentation (priorities, creative briefs, analysis), strategic marketing leadership (targeting, positioning), qualitative and quantitative market research, retention/lifecycle management, and competitive intelligence.
Retention & Lifecycle Analyst (RLA) Areas of Responsibility
The RLA will work closely with the marketing sciences team and other Cox partners to drive Cox Kansas success through:
>Raising levels of customer satisfaction and delight by:
>Tracking satisfaction and delight levels
>Finding root causes of negative trends and incidents
>Coordinating efforts to enhance customer experience
>Engaging regularly with customers and front-line managers throughout the region
In short, the RLA will provide the insight and guidance needed to help Cox maximize the value it is delivering to and receiving from its customers.
>Telecom industry experience preferred
