Synta Pharmaceuticals is rapidly growing and, as a result, is expanding our staffing function. As part of the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for providing recruitment initiatives to help support company growth plans. This role is hands-on and requires the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:



Conduct full lifecycle recruiting (identify, screen, interview, negotiate and hire) for qualified candidates across all disciplines, including: Regulatory, Clinical, Pharma Dev, Biology, Chemistry, Finance, Admin, etc.

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external vendors.

Maintain candidate pipeline/recruiting metrics.

Qualifications:

BS or BA with 5 + yrs recruitment experience in the pharma, biotech, and/or CRO industry.

Combination of corporate and agency background preferred.

Strong communication, able to multi-task and problem solve.

Strong internet search capabilities.

Must thrive in an intense, fast paced, growth environment.
