Candidate Qualifications:

 

Our Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years experience in Commercial construction. This individual must have Mixed Use project experience among others.  Also must have projects over $20+ million.  Our Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. This person must be able to oversee multiple people and tasks at any given moment.  Must have a stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 15 years.  A Construction related degree is required.
