About the Position:

Most of the projects are in the SEATTLE Metro Area however some travel may be required.  The right candidate will have mostly general contracting experience and have a stable work history.  The particular project you would be managing to start with is in Tacoma.

Requirements: Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent and 10+ year’s project management experience.  Qualified candidates will have concrete along with tilt-up construction experience.  This is a true lead position!  Responsibilities include creating a safe, efficient, and productive jobsite, proactive management of the field construction process, senior field leadership, and profit management.

Most of these opportunities have been taken for years and the chosen candidate for this job will be rewarded with one of the more lucrative salary structures in the business.  This must be filled immediately!

Compensation:

$90,000.00-100+ DOE
