Senior Project Manager Needed Family Focused Client

 

A highly respected Commercial Contractor in The Bay Area of California seeks an energetic, forward-thinking team player who continually strives to achieve superior quality.

 

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

·      4-year degree or equivalent experience is required

·      10+ years of Field and Office experience with a strong track record of success

·      Have managed Multi-Family, Senior Housing projects, both wood frame and structural concrete REQUIRED!

·      Results-driven track record of leadership, motivation, organization, and collaboration

·      Have projects ranging from $1 Million and up on project list in vertical multi family/ Senior Housing construction

·      Exposure to the construction services industry and/or experience with high-growth industry/company is a strong plus

·      Ability to translate the company vision and strategy into clear, actionable goals

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills

·      Computer literate

Current systems and technologies utilized:

·      Excel Spreadsheets for estimating

·      Primavera for scheduling

·      Prolog project management

·      Microsoft Word
