Our Government Service Programs department in Bothell, WA provides global support to one of our largest customers, the US Government. Philips supports Veterans Administration and Department of Defense customers throughout the United States and overseas. The Government Service Programs team provides leadership and coordination throughout the global Philips service organization to ensure that our US Government customers receive the highest level of support for the equipment they purchase from Philips, no matter where they are located.
Your Responsibilities:
Assume ownership for GS&S NA service delivery obligations associated with US Gov't equipment orders and service contracts. Facilitate the development of new processes and/or process improvements when commercial procedures do not achieve satisfactory results. Drive improvements in service revenue growth, cost efficiency, business margin, and customer satisfaction. Improve service delivery for US Military customers at overseas and war zone locations by developing and/or enhancing relationships with GS&S NA and Philips affiliate business partners. Establish and maintain effective relationships with key customer service decision-makers and pursue new revenue opportunities. Support the Philips Government Sales team to achieve continued equipment sales growth.
Your Profile:
* 10+ years of successful service leadership experience in the medical diagnostic imaging business* 5+ years of experience dealing with US Gov't contracting centers and end-user customers* BS/BA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience - MBA preferred* BlackBelt or GreenBelt certified - or equivalent process improvement experience* Good working knowledge of SAP or equivalent business software platform* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, ACCESS and PowerPoint* Logical approach to problem solving* Able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional business team.* Team player and good listener
