The Sr. Marketing Analyst (MA) is responsible for providing operational analysis and reporting in order to support all key marketing function. The MA should feel equally comfortable producing and reviewing regular product line sales reports as performing detailed ad-hoc analysis in support of a specific management decision at hand. The primary areas of analysis and reporting responsibility include:

Product Line Sales Customer Segment Analysis Promotion and Lead Effectiveness Sales and Product Forecasting Customer Churn

The Product Manager is expected to:

Define, refine and analyze data from disparate sources to assemble regular management reviews of Key Performance Indicators.Expand beyond mere dashboards and reports and provide critical analysis of emerging trends.Work closely with IT and Data Warehouse teams to ensure appropriate data is captured and made available.Critically analyze report requests from management and creatively identify how to gather requisite data to make a recommendation.Required Experience

Required experience and knowledge:

4 Year College Degree with a preference to Engineering and/or Finance degree. MBA Preferred Demonstrated proficiency in reporting and modeling.Proficiency with large and often complex data sets.Technical proficiency with key analysis and reporting tools including Excel and SQL 4.
