Sr. Healthcare Information Analyst I
Portland, OR; Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, UT
Bring your business expertise and analytical skills to the following role: Identify and document business requirements, data flows, use cases, processes and related specifications for data warehousing and business intelligence projects
Work regularly with business stakeholders and technical resources in a cross-functional environment to collect business analytics requirements, support projects, design processes, provide subject matter expertise, negotiate agreements, maintain change control and support data governance
Combine your degree and healthcare experience with the following skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible related industry experience is preferred
Industry experience must include generating business requirements, requirements documentation, business modeling, systems analysis or data warehousing
Healthcare industry experience is strongly desirable
Knowledge of business analysis processes is required with preference given to candidates with healthcare, insurance, financial or actuarial experience
Experience with project management and/or system development lifecycle methodologies (BPM, RUP, Agile, etc) is preferred
Excellent client relationship and business writing skills is required
Data warehousing experience is strongly desired
Familiarity with Data Stewardship/Governance, Enterprise Information Management, Data Quality/Information Quality practices is desirable
Ability to be resourceful and innovative in an imperfect and ambiguous environment
Capability to be a role model and internal team lead
