RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing & completing daily & month-end billing operational processes on schedule in a timely and accurate mannerProvides financial analysis, reconciliations, & management reportingMaintains any associated databases or complex spreadsheetsAssists in gathering data and related reporting for internal SOX reviews, quarterly reporting, internal and external audits as well as creation of ad hoc reporting for Finance and other departmentsResponsible for identifying process improvements related to these billing processesProvides responses to other departments requests according to established service level agreements

REQUIREMENTS

Requires extensive knowledge of accounting principals and their applicationRequires a thorough understanding of underlying business activities and impacts to the organization and financial statementsExhibits excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal, written and presentation skillsProficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applicationsAttention to detail and strict adherence to procedures and internal control is very critical to this position  REF: CAAR571309
