Description: The role of the Senior ERP Analyst is to work under the supervision of the ERP Manager. In large part, this job will entail assisting the ERP Manager with providing support to multiple departments for various PeopleSoft applications.

Essential Functions:
Acting as a liaison between the functional teams and the IT Development and DBA teams on system issues, enhancements and projects.
Perform security administration.
Report writing and query creation in relation to source system data.
Research, document, and resolve functional/technical issues relating to PeopleSoft Financials.
Maintain application system documentation.
Analyze new PeopleSoft functionality and recommend system enhancements to achieve optimum system performance and to streamline processes.
Develop detailed documentation for system enhancements and business cases supporting the enhancement requests.
Prepare process and user training documentation.
Work with Oracle Support on issues requiring technical assistance requests.
Assist in the coordination of PeopleSoft Financials testing and release processes.
Provide ad hoc training on system functionality as requested by the business owners.
Ensure that system issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner to meet the deadlines of the Accounting and Finance teams.
Identify and communicate areas of potential risk to management.
Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications: Experience & Qualifications:
5- 7 years working experience in Accounting/Finance/MIS capacity.
At least 5 years working experience with the following PeopleSoft modules: GL, AM, eProcurement, Expenses.
Previous experience supporting multiple department personnel.
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance of financial systems and processes.
Experience gathering and documenting detailed user requirements.
Demonstrated initiative with understanding complex process flows.
Experience documenting business process flows.
Experience writing functional and software requirements documents.
Familiarity with Accounting and Finance concepts - their application to financial statements as well as overall financial reporting.

Education and/or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
Additional coursework in Microsoft Office Products and/or programming languages (SQL, VB, VBA).
PeopleSoft technical certifications desired.

Technical skills and abilities:
Strong functional experience with PeopleSoft (8.x) modules, including: GL, eProcurement, AP, Expense, Asset Management and related supporting tools.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft 8.X tables, online panels, and query required.
Excellent all around technical skills. This includes, but is not limited to MS Office products (Excel, Access, and Word).
Solid skills with SQL.
Ability to develop complex queries and nVision reports.
Crystal Reports a plus.
Desire to learn new technical skills.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations.
Ability to work with concepts and work independently.
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding and rapidly changing environment.
Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills.
Pro-active in resolving open issues.
Results-oriented, go-getter mentality.

Working Conditions:
Must be willing to work overtime as needed during critical times to ensure that job responsibilities are completed and all deadlines are met.
Standard Hours: 8AM-5PM.
Essential during inclement weather conditions.
Required to be in office to support critical Finance functions, even if Wilmington location is closed for business that day.
