Volt Technical resources is looking for a skilled Sr. Design Engineering Spec for a direct client of ours in Boise Idaho. Our client has been in business for 30 years and has 40 manufacturing plants, service centers and sales offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Australia and South America. They continue to produce quality products and are looking to add a skilled Sr. Design Engineer to help grow the company. The Sr. Design Engineering Spec Position involves reviewing and approving locomotive detail designs with respect to safety in operations, inspection and maintenance of the locomotive. The ability to perform in a team environment and meet scheduled work releases is required. Requirements:
10 years of progressively more experience in Safety Engineering. 3D modeling and technical drafting experience preferred. Oracle or other ERP software experience. DESIRED SKILLS: Oracle, 3D Modeling.
