Sr. Consultant (Oracle HR)

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement multiple modules of one package

• Model business processes

• Implement technical architecture surrounding the package

• Tailor methodologies and macro issues to customer’s needs

• Lead small teams at a module or project level

• Pre-sales support

Technical skills required

Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, CWB, Incentive Compensation, OTL , Self Service, HR-Intelligence, Learning Mgmt & iRecruitment

Behavioral skills required

- Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

- Should have been through one implementation preferably from the configuration stage

- Worked on areas of project scoping, requirements gathering, user training, & testing

- Understanding methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications

- Experience in conducting Scoping Study, Package Evaluation and Demo/CRP at client sites.

Expected experience range

Minimum 7 years & Maximum 12 years

BE, BS, BTech, MS, MBA
