This position is responsible for researching payment issues processed through
Alltel's payment channels. It requires the ability to multi-task and make sound
judgment decisions. He/she must be able to communicate with Alltel work groups
and customers concerning critical payment issues. Excellent time management
skills needed to prioritize workflow. Excellent written and analytical skills
are a must.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years
experience with 1-2 years directly related to the job. College hours or a
college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
