Sr. Land Development Project Manager -15 or more years experience in residential and commercial land development design in the Phoenix Area, along with 3 years experience as a Project Engineer in responsible charge is required. Must have Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in ARIZONA. Professional Registration as a Land Surveyor in Arizona is desirable. BS in Civil Engineering or related degree is preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD Land Development Desktop is a plus. Need to have take charge capabilities - able to manage projects with a minimum of direction and supervision from a firm principal. Excellent direct contact working abilities with clients, staff and public agencies is required.
